get involved!
Starting your own Positivity Project is easy!
1. Connect with the H.O.P.E. group on Facebook and get to know us!
2. Start collecting mason jars, soup cans, or an container that you want to encapsulate your positive thoughts in.
3. Decorate your Hope Jar or positive thought container! This is the fun part. You can make it look however you want! Bt there is one rule, when you look at it, it must make you feel happy, hopeful, and inspired. Now turn up your favorite music and cut, paste and glue away!!
4. Fill your Hope Jar with your first positive thought, quote, or memory.
5. Fill your jar everyday with one positive thing. When you are having a bad day, open your jar, dump out all the positivity and let it refill your soul. Sharing this project with friends is a great way to spread the positive energy!
